A large number of signaling pathways were modeled in this project. In order to get more details about the reactions modeled for a specific signaling component, please click on the icon in this block diagram. This will select the corresponding detailed reaction scheme, Reactions, which corresponds to Figure 1 of the paper.

In order to look up the kinetic parameters used in each reaction, please click on the identifying number next to each reaction on the Reactions page. This will bring up the appropriate section of the table in the Simulation Parameters page.

Initial concentrations for primary reactants may be found by clicking on the reactant label on the Reactions page. These are the only concentrations obtained from experimental sources, as the rest are computed by the simulation, and are not tabulated here. Concentrations of stimulus inputs (Glu and EGF) are described in the paper.
